Alexandra Koknat Casting

Alexandra Koknat grew up in Bonn, Germany and graduated in Northamerican Studies and Cultural Anthropology from Freie Universtität and Humboldt Universität Berlin. She has assisted in various fields in theatre, film and filmfestivals before she found her way into casting. Since 2014 she has been working as a freelance casting director, since 2021 under the name of Alexandra Koknat Casting. Besides cinema productions she is especially interested in international co-productions, new talent discoveries as well as research-intensive projects.
